Salt Lake City’s Living Traditions Festival is a celebration of the traditional cultures of the city and the state, now in its 29th year. See the festival website at http://livingtraditionsfestival.com for a full schedule, descriptions of craft and performing artists, and a list of 20 food vendors from a wide array of ethnic traditions. It all takes place on the grounds of the Salt Lake City and County Building, and is well worth a visit. The festival is sponsored by the Salt Lake City Arts Council, with support from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Utah Division of Arts & Museums, and many local funders.
