The planning committee for this year’s AWSF wants to provide you with updates on conference registration, hotel reservations, and programming.

Registration – Registration for this year’s AWSF Conference is now open! Use this link:

to register for the Conference and the Graze. The deadline to register is March 15th, 2017.

We have the funding to provide registration scholarships (worth $80) for each attendee, meaning everyone may register for the conference at no cost to themselves.

The Graze will cost $25, with instructions on how to pay included in the registration information.

We also have secured funding to offer 5 travel scholarships of $200. These scholarships will be awarded after the conference in the form of travel reimbursements. If you are in need of one of these scholarships, please indicate that on the registration form.

Hotel Information – Attached. We have reserved blocks of 10 single king rooms and 10 double queen rooms at two different hotels: the Phoenix Inn and the Days Inn – Eugene Downton/University. The Phoenix Inn is closer but slightly more expensive, while the Days Inn
is further but cheaper. Both hotels offer a complimentary breakfast. Information on how to make a reservation at each is in the attached file.

Agenda – Attached. The program is coming together. We still need a facilitator for the workshop on Inter-Regional Collaboration. This topic received strong support in our survey, but if we have no one able/willing to facilitate it, we will sub in a new piece of programming. Anyone?
